One of South Betoota Polytechnic’s finest has today raised a few eyebrows in his university sharehouse.

Rolling home from another day of studying at the uni library that’s packed like a tin of cheap sardines, Andy Goulding has pulled up prepared to unleash a culinary delight from the other end of the globe.

Goulding apparently informed his exam-free and grilled housemate that he was serving up a Mexican feast for dinner tonight.

However, that claim has since turned out to be a rather loose one, with the young man apparently only being in possession of 500 grams of Tasty Cheese and a packet of Doritos.

“Yeah, I thought, hmm I don’t mind a bit of Mexican so I was trying to suss out whether I wanted to weasel in on his dinner,” laughed his housemate.

“But then I realised that he’s not making some Mexican food, he’s just putting a hundred grams of budget cheddar cheese on some corn chips and putting them in the oven.”

“He hasn’t even got any salsa or jalapenos.”

“It’s just cheese and some Doritos.”

“I’m grilled, but I’m not that fucking grilled,” he laughed.

“At least he’s cooking something other than a Chicken Tonight I guess?”

“But, I’m gonna have to pull him up on his claims that he’s making Mexican for dinner.”

“Because, that simply just isn’t the case.”
